Returns + Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To request a return, email support@pairadoxsocks.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the same return criteria listed above.

To request an exchange, email support@pairadoxsocks.com with your order number and exchange details. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The replacement item will ship after the original item is received and approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@pairadoxsocks.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. A replacement will be sent if the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items marked ‘Final Sale’

  • Returns requested more than 14 days after delivery
