Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

Currently, PAIRADOX only ships within the United States.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

PAIRADOX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders cannot be re-shipped or refunded due to incorrect address entry.
